The HPS878 alarm system from Vos Car Electronics integrates the HPS845R CAN-bus central unit, a high frequency module HPA603, a wireless siren HPS98, and a universal wiring harness in a cohesive package. This system monitors doors, trunk and hood, and provides enhanced detection via the HPA603 module.
Operation is via the vehicle’s original remote control, with automatic arming/disarming when locking/unlocking. Tamper protection is included: the siren triggers if wiring is disconnected.
With the CAN-bus interface, signals such as door status can be integrated without extensive additional wiring. The universal wiring harness simplifies installation across many vehicle models. An internal 2.4 GHz receiver is included, and the system supports additional wireless sensors and remotes.
