Standard size* articles, provided they are in stock, are delivered within the time limits mentioned below to the address you have communicated (from the time of collection by the transport company/delivery service).

• Europe: at least 2 working days

These delivery times are subject to unforeseen circumstances.

Return conditions

The customer may, within 14 days of receiving the product, return it at his own expense. The product must be sent back undamaged and in its original packaging. Before returning the product, please request the return at https://vos.be/en/returns .

After completing the form, you may send the package to the attention of Nadia.

The customer has 2 options:

• Exchange the product for another product.
• Return the product and have the purchase price refunded.

Any return is at the expense of the private or professional customer.
