After sending this form, the goods may be sent to Nadia. You don't need to wait for a confirmation.

Return conditions:

The customer may, within 14 days of receiving the product, return it at his own expense. The product must be sent back undamaged and in its original packaging.

After completing the form, you may send the package to the attention of Nadia.

The customer has 2 options:

• Exchange the product for another product.
• Return the product and have the purchase price refunded.

Any return is at the expense of the private or professional customer.
