The Maxam electronic trunk opener allows electronic unlocking of the car's trunk. The use is easy: opening can simply be done via the original remote control and mechanical unlocking is not needed anymore.
Moreover, a button is placed on the dashboard to open the car’s trunk. Pretty convenient when your partner or friend arrives with their hands full of groceries.
In addition, if you're shopping alone, the Maxam electronic trunk opener can be opened automatically via our Maxam foot sensor (optional). As long as the remote key is in your pocket, you only need to move your foot under the car's rear bumper to open the trunk. We recommend installing this option on a vehicle equipped with a keyless entry system.
