Safe-Bumper. Three functions, one product.

The Safe-Bumper combines bumper protection, an anti-slip step and an integrated tow bar in a single construc-tion. One installation, one supplier, three problems solved. Where a tow bar, a step and impact protection are normally fitted separately, here everything sits in the same beam. Install once, ready to drive immediately.

Bumper protection

The welded steel beam absorbs the impact. Rear lights and bumper stay protected against loading docks,bol- lards, containers and forklifts. This is exactly where a commercial vehicle takes damage most often:when reversing. The Safe-Bumper takes the hit, the vehicle stays intact.

Anti-slip step

An extra-deep step with a high-quality anti-slip coating and self-cleaning surface. Safe entry and exit  during loading, also in wet or slippery conditions. Thanks to its unique design, only a minimal overhang is required while still offering an extra-deep step. A red reflective strip ensures good visibility on the road and in the working environment.

Integrated tow bar (optional)

The type-approved tow bar (EEC 94/20) is integrated into the same construction. No separate tow bar to be

fitted later. For a number of commercial vehicle types, a height-adjustable tow bar is available. The

Safe-Bumper is also available without a tow bar.
